Return & Refund Policy
- No Returns/Refunds: Products delivered in good condition cannot be returned or refunded. We double-check all outfits before dispatch.
- Final Sale: No refunds can be claimed once the outfit has been collected, inspected, and delivered.
- Complaints: No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.
Terms & Conditions
- Customer Support: To initiate a request, contact our customer care team via phone/WhatsApp at +92 308 5855581 (available between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed and confirmed by the customer, refunds are not eligible.
- Payment Method: Refunds or exchanges are not available for credit card payments or Cash on Delivery (COD) deliveries.
- Response Time: Our customer care team will respond to queries within 3 working days.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts, or if the package is refused by the recipient, no refund will be issued.
- International Orders: For international orders, if a customer refuses to pay customs duties and does not collect the order, Little Marvelz will not be liable for a refund.
- Returns Without Consent: For both national and international orders, if a customer sends back an outfit without prior consent from Little Marvelz, the customer is liable for customs and excess charges and must cover all costs associated with the return. The customer will need to contact the appropriate department directly for further assistance.
